It’s a terrible way to find the acne cure that works for you. Many times you end up spending a lot of money only to find out that nothing is helping. Not only is this expensive but can also be very frustrating as well. I know sometimes it seems like an endless road. You get all excited because you think you found your acne cure, only to find out once again it didn’t work.
One of the biggest problems is too much trial and error and not enough commitment to one product. Many of the acne treatments clearly state it can take up to 90 days to work but still people end up jumping from product to product week after week in hopes of finding that immediate acne cure. Another issue is not following directions. Many people believe if they double up in many cases the treatments will work faster. Well to be honest in most cases you are just making things worse in your acne cure.
Way too often too many people depend solely on the medication for their acne cure. However in most cases lifestyle changes are also needed to take place. In fact many times medicinal ingredients aren’t even needed if you figure out the lifestyle change that needs to take place. Now maybe you shouldn’t be thinking of an acne cure but rather removing the causes that are bringing on your acne. That’s the problem. Most people never think of what might be causing the acne before going searching for an acne cure.
Medication alone isn’t going to entirely work if you don’t take some further steps to curing your acne. It’s a must to wash your face a few times a day. Try to avoid makeup as it only clogs the pores. Drinking lots of water and eating fresh fruit will definitely help in your acne cure. Something that most people don’t know is that exercise removes toxins and stress from your body so it too is very important in your acne cure path.
Your hair and hands contain oils that are serious contributors to the break out of acne. In saying this I guess for a while you want to keep your hands and hair away from your fade for a while to see what happens. Everyone pops their pimples instead of letting them heal. Well this does two things. It spreads the bacteria and causes scaring.
So some simple lifestyle changes, diet and some over the counter medication in most cases can be the key to your acne cure. However there are cases where the acne is just that severe and you may have to see a doctor to get some more powerful acne medications. Acne in its worst form can be very painful. If it gets this bad then you do need to get in and see your doctor to help relieve the situation and have him help you with your acne cure.
I am very pleased when I read about people or talk to them in person about how they found an acne cure for themselves. I have been an acne sufferer for almost 30 years of my life. I will admit that I do have my acne under control now and it no longer has an impact on my life.
There was a time however, like from the age of about 13 to 25 where my life was about as miserable as any life could get. I suffered daily excruciating pain, my body was always bleeding or draining from somewhere. Getting a girlfriend or a job was almost impossible. I look at pictures of myself from back then and I truly understand why a girl would have nothing to do with me or why an employer didn’t want me around his business.
However understanding never made it any easier. Finding an acne cure was a long and difficult process for me. On top of that my acne isn’t even cured but definitely under control. All treatments work different for different people.

Why is it different: The renewing cleanser is formulated with prescription-grade benzoyl peroxide in an oil-free formula. Gentle exfoliating beads remove dead skin cells to prepare skin for the revitalizing toner. The toner is alcohol free and designed to hydrate and help soothe the skin with gentle botanicals. The repairing lotion is formulated with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide in a gentle, creamy formula that won’t dry, strip, or irritate the skin. The refining mask adds an additional proven acne-fighting medicine, sulfur, to the powerful three-step system to help deep clean, soothe, and calm the skin while addressing blemishes. Always wear a sunscreen when going outside. Avoid eye area.
How do I use it: Start with the renewing cleanser, morning and night. Apply a small, dime-size amount to dampened skin and gently massage, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Apply the revitalizing toner to skin with a cotton ball or pad, morning and night. Allow to dry. Follow by applying a thin layer of repairing lotion to clean skin, morning and night. Allow to dry. Do not rinse off. Refining mask can be used two to three times per week or as needed for more stubborn breakouts. Apply to damp skin, leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Acne pimples are a serious problem which more and more people need to deal with. It is a very much spread fact that acne is a disease which appears only during the teenage age (between 12 and 19). However, this is not considered to be true by dermatologists since theoretically (and practically), acne pimples could develop at any age.
But what does actually cause acne? Basically, there are many factors which are considered to be responsible for the appearance of acne on the face, back, check and anywhere else on the skin of the body. However, the main ones which are indisputable “causers” of acne pimples are the following: oily skin, large amounts of the bacteria which cause acne and bad hygiene. Of course, there are many other factors which are responsible for the disease- food, medicine, genetics, stress, hormones etc.
Anyway, let’s get back to the problem itself- acne pimples. Are they any different from the acne or it is all the same disease. Basically things are this way: acne is considered to be the general name of the diseases characterized by redness on any part of the skin because of acne-causing bacteria. However, there are many forms of acne: it could be cysts (the worst), blackheads, whiteheads and zits (pimples). Yes, all of those are different sorts of acne but the last one is being an object of our attention.
Acne zits or pimples are not considered to be a very serious form of acne since they can be easily treated and cured. After the treatment is preceded, there are usually no scars or any marks on the face reminding the patient of the disease. Anyway, there are some spread practices which definitely contribute to worsening the situation of a person suffering from acne pimples. For instance, most of the people just cannot stand the zits and they pop them. That is considered to be incorrect since nothing else happens but spreading the bacteria all over the face, back, chest etc. The reason is that the fluid which the pimples are filled with contains large amounts of the acne-causing bacteria. Logically, when the fluid is released, the bacteria also spread around the area of the popped pimple. Yet, if a person decides to pop the zits, it is good to wash his hands after every single pop and wash his or her face once in every 2-3 minutes. By doing that, the chances of spreading the acne pimples will decrease significantly.
Another good thing to do is use soda solution. Soda is considered to be able to kill the bacteria which cause acne. So, using soda solution for cleansing the face once or twice in a week could still be very helpful in the fight against the acne zits. However, there is no doubt that the best way for treating the acne pimples remain a special therapy recommended by a dermatologist. That way, best results are more likely to be achieved!
